ANROW Construction Company approaches and treats the planning, design and construction phases of a project as integrated tasks as opposed to separate and linear functions. Pre-Construction Services:

ANROW perform pre-construction services evaluate the clients property is appropriate for the intended construction. Construction Management Services:

ANROW perform construction management and contract administration for residential and commercial building, at the client request, which allows for participation in the project construction sequencing, scheduling, cost, materials selection, and subcontractors.

Design/Build Projects:

Often clients desire to “package” the responsibility for the design and engineering along with the contract for construction. In this instance, ANROW Construction assumes the duties for providing the plans and specifications. Therefore, the client has a single source of responsibility for the entire project. ANROW Construction commissions an architect with expertise in the type of project planned.

Custom Home Builder:

ANROW has successfully completed many custom home constructed from the ground-up until obtaining the certificate of occupancy (Turn key construction). Let us help you design and build your new custom home on your own lot, ANROW is committed to see that you remain satisfied every step of the ways.

Commercial Builder:

ANROW has successfully completed many commercial and Tenant Build-Out projects.
